Mmmmm, I am quite content today.
I think I needed that little diet holiday!! I love going to restaurants, but now I see how very much a trap it is for those of us with food issues. I posted everything I ordered yesterday, which topped me out at over 3000 calories!!

Breakfast and lunch were reasonable, and dinner was a whopping 3490 calories!!! Now, I do want to say that I didn't eat all of that!! The hubby had eaten all of his entree, plus most of the stuffed mushrooms. I ate roughly a quarter of the calamari in the appetizer. As for my entree, I brought home a quarter of the lasagna portion, and 3/4 of the calamari I substituted for the Chicken Parm portion. I love calamari!! Plus I brought home most of the house salad. So, I didn't eat all of those calories.

I forgot to add the cup to cup and a half of buttered popcorn at the movies and the half of the pepsi we got to share. The movie was pretty good. We went to see Elysium. Its a good scifi, action, Mat Damon movie, and I really enjoyed it. It does have an underlying message, but I won't spoil it for those who want to go see it.

Today is a lazy sunday, and I may go get a little ham to use with my green beans that are ready to pick. I have to do my therapy exercises too today, I've been a little slack, and not getting them in the way I should. But the hubs has promised to help me get going on them.
