Not sure what's going on but the weight is not coming off for the past week or two and I'm eating right! I'm not gaining so I guess that is a good thing but still I would love to start seeing the great results I did during the first two weeks of this journey. I'm forcing myself to eat at this point. I find that I'm not even hungry anymore and food has no appeal. Weird! I really need to start walking again in the evenings but this week I have company and dealing with a dealth in the family so it's been tough; not to mention it has been cold and raining in our sunny california state!

I added a Sugar Control Suppliment and Cinnamon pill last Friday that is suppose to help the sugar levels. So far I'm seeing minimual results. This morning it was at 165. I have a month and a half to get this number under 120 or else more medicine will be forced into me, which I do not like one bit.
