I did it again! I am back up to my begining weight.. very upset at myself.. I have to stop living my life making others happy and forsaking myself... My emotional and physical health is the most important thing to me. You will have to adjust to that starting from today.. Meals in this house will be on my terms !

I had to learn that sometimes you have to give up toxic situations and people..I had to stop going a few places to avoid people pushing food on me, some things I have had to give up were difficult, but in the end it will be worth it to me..you go for it

Look, you did it once and you can do it again. Yo know what you have to do. This time though, you have to know that keeping the weight off is going to take just as much of a commitment. But, first, get back to where you want to be. You can do it.
