Tomorrow is official weigh in day. Not looking forward to it as I think I just maintained weight this week even though I have been staying true to the healthy eating plan. Oh well, I guess it's better than gaining, right?
On good news, I found a natural supplement pill at GNC to help control my sugar. I took less that was prescribed last night at dinner (or snacks since I really didn't eat dinner) and this mornings sugar count was down by 40 points since yesterday! Whoo hoo! I've also added in a cinnamon supplement today as I've read it is another way to control sugar. Let's see.
