I would say I followed this 100% but I did eat a small slice of my wedding cake Saturday evening. It was my one year wedding anniversary and I allowed myself to take part in the tradition. Other than that I have been 100% dedicated, exercising regularly and drinking lots of water. Hopefully my fat burning will kick up some speed soon. And no, I will not be "cheating" again. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, or so they say, but I can't remember how good skinny feels!
