I woke up from a dream where I had been at some event and the food was Middle Eastern/Indian. I was hungry and just slathered some hummus on a chapati and filled it with lettuce, rolled it up and was half way through before I realized it wasn't on my diet (in the dream). My subconscious is weird... it can't find anything more interesting to cheat with!? LOL
IRL I am on plan and feeling marginally better. Called the doc Thursday and if I'm not better next week I'll see an ENT. Went to singing on Thursday and found that it really made my sinuses hurt to sing. Bah humbug.
