I'm so hungry today, I'm eating as usual, same amount of calories and well balanced nutrients, but seems to stay hungry. I'm also confused/annoyed with the app making me log my meals in grams mostly. My small kitchen scale is not with me right now and I find it difficult to guess the quantities.

do you have any measuring cups around - the app allows measurements in spoons and cups as well. it's not as accurate, but at least it'll give you some visual aid to work from? just a suggestion 🥑
