Mmm... I feel wonderful
The massage was EXACTLY what I needed this week. I'd had one before a few years back but not since and I remembered that I loved it. I didn't realize how much, man it's like a really good food binge without the guilt. Or the shame. Or the being completely horrible for you.
Oh, in somewhat unrelated news, the drawstring capris I wore for the last few years (because they have a drawstring and an elastic waist) I just put on today for the first time in over a month and they're HUGE. Apparently I am no longer an XXL.
Affirmations for today: 1) I deserve to enjoy nice experiences
2) I don't have to worry about other people's reactions to me, just focus on my own journey
