Went out with friends yesterday. Good times! Have to be thoughtful when ordering from a restaurant menu, because calories are often not listed. ( Discovered the best time to have temptation foods, is when I am out with friends. I may want to eat the whole carrot cake, but have more self control with buddies around.) ;-)
