Heartburn has been a real problem for me lately. Its not severe, but more prevalent...ARGHH! I think it's due to all the bending over with all the gardening i do, and bending over to pick up my fireball of a grandson who gets in to EVERYTHING CONSTANTLY! we'll see what develops or goes away...
