Today I joined a new challenge. I think the extra activity will help me lose the last "10" pounds. My weight hovers between 157-160 , and my goal is 150. It has felt good to just "chill" and not really obsess and track every thing I eat or every activity.
The challenge entails the 10,000 steps...ironically enough, i found a pedometer at work and no one has claimed it. I used it for a day and it was actually set for my stride length, I think this challenge was meant to be.
I am a waitress and am on my feet, moving all day. I know I need to keep additional exercise in my program, because my body is used to this level of activity daily. well, here i go...
