Still trying to gain muscle while staying lean looking. With my self-imposed food restrictions (not a “diet” per se), I find it harder to gain weight than to lose it, yet I’m never really hungry, I eat my creative snacks, munch while watching tv, etc. I miss some foods sometimes, and sometimes dinner “sides” can be a challenge, but other than that it’s very easy. Starting to really “cut up” in the abs, shoulders, and back. Pretty happy and almost ready for beach weather!
