I am 7 pounds away from my initial goal. I have felt good about my progress. I may want to go for an additional 10 pound loss and ultimately end up at 140 pounds. I know the slow going is the most successful. I have not yo-yo'd in years and this is healthier for my system as well as more sane for my mind. My hubby is getting back on track and needs to lose about 25 or 30 pounds, so by working out together and eating right I think we can both reach out goals. I KNOW we can.
