I was really sick! Not the flu, but a bout with Diverticulitis....PHEW! NOT FUN! Anyway, a few days of liquids only and some herbal antibiotic and my body responded well. I am on the mend. Physically, feeling better... Mentally, I seem to be struggling with getting back to work and getting motivated to do anything. I also feel a bit depressed. I don't get this way often, and combined with food deprivation, I am feeling really bitchy. Snapped at my husband this morning and he doesn't deserve that...I am just feeling like a bitchy crab.
Mother's Day is Sunday. My mother passed away 4 years ago, and I miss her. She was my best friend. I have gotten way over most aspects of my loss, and I still "talk" to her and she "visits" me in brief dreams or flashes of memory. But sometimes its sad. My sister and I are very close. That helps a lot! My daughter and I are extremely close and I treasure our relationship. I have three incredible grandchildren, an awesome husband and a beautiful country property in Montana, so finish this up, and get to work and pull yourself out of this hole you fell in to!
