I woke up today and I felt different. I looked in the mirror. and I look different. I put on something I haven't worn in a while. it fits differently. I've been on a plateau for three months but my body is changing. my shape is changing. my lunges are deeper. I can lift heavier weights. my love handles and belly are smoothing out. Please don't only judge your achievements by that number on the scale. there is so much more to go by. feeling good about my efforts today X
