I was starved yesterday and ate a bit more than I usually do, but I tracked it all and feel better today. Snacked with the grand kids on some junk food, which we usually don't do, but it was fun to share m&ms and chips with them. I go back to work today and am really not ready for it...I hope it is not busy and I get out of there early!
