Just got back from a 4 day trip to the beach. Very proud to say I stayed on plan without any cheats. Even stepped out of my normal eating to try some different seafood dinner. It is all about planning and making the decision this is a lifestyle. I can honestly say it is not easy eating while away, walked in to several restaurants and walked out because of the menu. Amazing how hard it is to find plain grilled fish or beef. After a while you get tired of just salads...but I stayed strong. Can't wait to weight and do my measurements in the morning. This vacation food did not control me - I took control!!
