Why is it....that we can gain weight in 2-, 3-, even 5 plus-pound increments, but it comes off in measly 1-pound increments - IF we're lucky??? And work really, really hard? And sweat like a pig?? I wonder.
Walked another 3.2 miles this AM in the heat. I might actually wear out a pair of shoes!
