Another day, another lbs. Now I remember why I hate the love-hate relationship with phase one... soooo many restriction but good weight loss pattern :D I had eggs for breakfast; chicken and "Europe's Best" veggies at work for dinner, and i had what i will now call Guilt Free Pizza =D This morning i had a chicken breast (I know, gross, but i was in a rush to get out the door for class and i wasnt going to eat until 2pm due to class restriction) and for dinner gonna visit my friend at her work and have dinner with her (this place has great salads!). And for tonight i don't know yet but i do not i will have eggplant baked in the oven with lemon squirted on it, cayenne pepper and cumin. :) Back to studying, exam on friday.
