Okay, this is utterly bizarre. The scale hasn't moved in days but suddenly my size 6 ring fits again AND a pair of shoes that were tight now fit. (Yes, when I gain lots of weight even my FEET get fat.)

I know I'm doing well but the scale thing is soooo frustrating. I went down to 252 and I thought I had a good shot at being under 250 this week but for some reason it bounced back to 254 and will.not.budge. I'm working my ass off, my shoulders are killing me from both last night and today's EA Active workout. Can the scale stop hating me and drop a mercy pound already?

In other news, the stairs at work are getting easier. It's now only the last half flight that really feels like hell. Which is good, I guess.

I really should do something else besides today's workout in the 30 Day Challenge but man the challenge is SO kicking my ass the past few days. I'm kinda in a mood at present. Doesn't help that I got pretty much assaulted yesterday with wedding pictures of a guy I had a thing with a few years back. Don't want to go into it but it's a sore subject being 30 and apparently perpetually single. Also, it's a gray rainy Monday where I live so that doesn't help with the energy thing.

Damn scale! It sucks that it doesn't cooperate and sucks even more that it bugs us so much! Keep going! That Wii Active is a killer workout! Good for you for sticking with it!!

Well, I'm determined to complete the 30 day challenge on it, it just really really hurt my shoulders today with the resistance. I'm trying to shoot for 1600 calories these days because I figure it can't make the scale situation any worse and maybe I really AM more active and need the extra 200 calories. *shrug* I don't know.
