Well, I think I am finally ready! Ready to get back into the gym and ready to see some great results! I started my day with a grapefruit, doesn't take much to fill me up now a days. For my meal #2 I have a Lucerne Low Fat Smoothie and for lunch I have rice and veggies. I went shopping yesterday so I stocked up on fruit and veggies again, I am ready for these pounds to come off! I plan on going to the gym today at lunch and then Wed and Thurs also. With Softball almost over I need to push myself to get going. We played 5 games of ball on Sat, but that is the last tourney for the year, so it is time for me to push myself. I do play volleyball 2 nights a week, but that just isn't enough. I AM READY!!!
