After my gain this week, thought I better get off my butt and do something about it. Was pretty good this weekend, even went out with friends and didn't cheat! I did exercise, yesterday was alittle easier to get up and go walking, today was alittle harder but my daughter got me going and I feel great! I hope to loss alittle this week, hope to be under 270 this week. Have goals in my head that I would love to adhere by but don't know if they are realistic or not. Here is to a great week with losing weight!!! This see what Friday brings!

Hope you had a great weekend. I think it's good to set yourself little goals and do that too to try and keep myself motivated. But I know what you mean about trying to keep them realistic... I try to keep mine quite low, then hopefully they will be attainable. Here's to a good week for you though... good luck.. you can do it!! :o)

Sometimes it takes gaining a pound or two to motivate somebody enough to get off their butt. It deffinately works for me! I keep small goals. I try to tell myself I have 10 lbs to lose and focuse on that. Like now my goal is 2 lbs so I can get back in the 200's! You can do it!
