I am feeling MUCH better after the other day and ready to hit it hard again. I went on vacation and just took some time to relax and not worry about it. This whole weight loss thing has really stressed me out a lot lately and I just needed to get away. We went camping, and had dutch oven food, which was really good. I overate at breakfast both days, but the other meals did very good, but its nice to be back and on my diet again. It throws my body off if I eat too much now. Ha Ha, I also tried working out this morning, managed to do it but it was really a rough time. All the better for getting back into the swing of things I guess though.
