Today is Day 2 of week 2 of the p90x. I only lost 1 lb. but I'm hoping it's because of the muscle changing. I feel a lot less bloated. I will try harder this week to eat less carbs and stick with the bulk of leaner proteins, more vege's and a little less fruit.

I'm on week 4 and my weight loss has been less than stellar, though I've followed the diet well. But yesterday I put on something that had been too small and it zipped right up! So, that's what we want, right? I'll try to not be so focused on weight, though it would be nice to see those numbers go down.
