Up and down, up and down! Seems like I'm on this roller coaster ride and can't get off. We leave for Cuba in 10 days and all I'm shooting for is to loose 5lbs and I will be happy. I've planned out my weeks meals and we will see from there how it goes. Onward and upward from here all the way striving for a better tomorrow. Happy Monday everyone :)
