OK so there is no category for nursing/breast-feeding which apparently burns 500 calories per day so I added an hr of walking for 501 calories burned to balance it out.

i also breastfeed and i didnt know how many calories were burned Thank you for the info! there is nothing for breast feeding moms on here i wish there was.

FYI, you can make custom entries by doing Add Exercise then selecting Other from the list. Personally, I don't trust the calculations this site makes for me as far as calories burned though I do still log my exercise here for reference. I find WebMD to be a much better online tool. I actually don't use that anymore either since I purchased a fitness monitor, but WebMD is much closer to what the monitor reads. That's just me though, from what I've heard it seems that people who weigh less than I do get more accurate numbers from the exercise diary here.
