My weight is up a bit today but I'm choosing not to record it because these fluctuations from day to day aren't really helpful to assess overall progress. Based on what I read recently, I'm trying out a different approach to IF. I had been fasting every day for 16 hours and I'm going to try out a 36 hour fast 2x a week to see if that has better benefits. On the eating front, I am continuing to integrate healthier options and drink more water, and get more SLEEP. I got a spiralizer and I can't wait to try "zoodles", hehe.
