The last week hasn't been great I'm below my calories, but not with good food choices. A few days ago I woke up with a sore knee and it has kept me off of my treadmill. The plan-Limited exercise and eating below RDI until I can get back to my regular routine.

I'm so thrilled about school starting in August but the stress of paying for classes and books is driving me crazy. I look forward to using the on campus gym...I really want to know if the gun range is open to all students...probably not...lol. I'll get my shoot on somewhere else.
