Hit my 205 mark on the scale again. Hope that stays until tomorrow (or even drops!)when I do my personal Monday weigh-in. Took the day off from my walking today, as my hips and thighs need a recovery day every so often. Got a nice 1+ hour nap in this afternoon when it was all cloudy and gloomy anyway. Nice to take time for some extra rest and rejuvenation.
