Im under 160 now, I just have to stay low carb and less calories. I have been gravitating towards a somewhat keto diet but still having carbs to a certain extent. I need to up my water intake though because I read somewhere your supposed to drink half your body weight in ounces and that’s close to a gallon for me.. so today I will try and drink more water. Coffee counts as water right?! Lol
