Steady weight this morning. That actually makes me happy, don't get me wrong, I definitely want to see the number go down. However, being steady after the huge drop earlier in the week is great since I figure I probably did lose some weight this week.
Also, woke up with an actual appetite this morning. I know that sounds strange by typically I wake up either not hungry or even nauseous. Then a few hours later I'm actually ravenous. Physically, I'm actually feeling pretty good at the moment.
I'm going to bump my gym workout back to the afternoon/evening. I really need to get some work done for my grad class that's due tomorrow. I'm meeting a friend for lunch later so I'd like to have at least some of my schoolwork done by then.
