My Keto Mojo arrived yesterday and I used it for the first time to day. The results are in and I now know for sure that I'm solidly in Ketosis. My reading came in at 2.7 which makes me very happy. When I was trying to get into ketosis a couple of years ago, I was always frustrated because the urine strips I was using never showed any ketones. I've since learned that while I was eliminating carbs, I was replacing them with protein and not fat. This time, I strive to achieve a 65%-70% fat to 30%-35% protein intake with little to no carbs (and then only keto-friendly carbs).
