My weight is up 0.2 lbs today. It's probably just retained water so I'm not too worried about it, especially because I know I've been doing the right things.
Last night I worked out again, doing better at not slacking off. It still makes my heart pound though! Definitely a good workout. :)
Afterwards we did the Wii again. There is this game where you have to move around hitting blocks to add up to 10. It's supposed to stimulate your mind while having you move around. It is hilarious to Salem that I, who was a finance major in undergrad, can't for the life of me get more than 3 stars out of 4 on that game. I can't seem to add up to 10 fast enough lol.
I also tried that hard "Dance" yoga pose again. At least this time I made it through the alloted time w/o falling so that was an improvement. I'm hoping doing a couple poses each day will help me be a little more graceful lol.
Food was PRETTY good. I have to qualify it because I made grilled chicken tacos and I had 2. They are filled with mostly healthy things: corn, tomato, black beans, fresh cilantro, low fat sour cream, and reduced sodium cheddar cheese. The soft flour tortillas were my downfall. I shouldn't have had 2.
Today I'm continuing with the fruits throughout the day. Yesterday I made it through the day without feeling hungry at all. I've also switched my normal 2nd and 3rd cups of coffee for plain tea. I still need that caffeine!
My best friend's mom, and then verified by WebMD, stated that Niacin vitamins can help bring down cholesterol. Vitamins are buy 1 get 1 free this week at CVS (for the store brand) so I picked some up yesterday.
I must say that I feel better, happier, because I exercised. And I slept well because I was exhausted from working out. These are good things, and I keep needing to remind myself of them so that I don't slack off.
Anybody getting the new iPhone 4 today? If so I'm jealous!
