2 months on LAWL and I have lost 14 lbs. All negative weight loss is good but I just wish it was going a bit faster (yes I am a little discouraged but I am not giving up). About 4 weeks ago I dropped to plan 2 because I just stopped losing on plan 3. I feel more comfortable being on plan 2 but at times I still struggle to eat all the food. Especially when I am traveling on business trips or in meetings all day. I just can't pull out my 6 baby carrots or 17 grapes and snack on them while in a meeting. Also, it's hard to drink all the water on those days. I mean after all, I can't be running to the bathroom every half hour. But with all that said I realize the importance of eating all my food. It is even more important on plan 2. I find when I miss a good portion of food the scale does not move. When I eat everything the scale moves down. My promise to myself is that I WILL eat everything each and every day. I want to be on the 2-3lb a week train.

Another positive aspect is that I have lost a total of 17 inches, 7 of those came off my waist line. Go ME!!!

Good for you! I am also on Plan 2 and have lost 14 lbs. Very slow for me but it is coming off. Keep up the good work.

Are you kidding? 14 pounds in 2 months? Realistic goal for a woman is to lose .5 to 1 pound per week. You are way ahead of the game. Get those unrealistic expectations out of your head. I am on plan 5 (w/o LA lites) and they refuse to drop me to plan 4 so I am working on it on my own.........oh well....
