busy day, trainer, minimal sleep, busy w kids and house rearanging all day, and now work. Debating on if im gonna eat dinner. Hungry but feeling so bloated. maybe some water is in order

I don't know how you do it, Sarah. I am 40 years old and it is just me, and I don't have to feed 4 other people and a dog every night. I don't have to choose between whether the laundry gets folded and the lunches made or whether I can take 45 minutes to exercise. Your day sounded very hectic and my hat is off to you. I don't know how anyone handles being a wife and mother - it's hard enough if you don't work outside the home, and I can only imagine how difficult it is if you do. Just wanted to express some support. Thanks for requesting to be my buddy.

Thanks! Somedays my life is just a crazy tornado and then i pass out in bed- that was today! Then other days i feel like super woman and clean the house and work out hard and do crafts with my kids and snuggle them. I appreciate the acknowledgment tho, somedays I dont feel like a super star- today it took me 12 hours to get 5 hours of sleep. Not such a super star day....
