A little sad that I gained this week, but it's okay since this is my first setback. I've been doing a lot of calisthenics, so I'm hoping that's the main reason. Though I will admit that I didn't eat the best stuff last week or exercise as much as I should have because I had a cold.
Hopefully this next week I'll have lost at least a pound. It's sad to be under the 20 lb lost mark again, and above 250 again. Both of those were really big marks for me, so it sucks to have gone up.

Oh well, I can only mope about it for so long. This week I'm jumping back on the wagon, and I'm gonna lose! I swear it! I'm even going for a walk today.
