My goal was to stay under 220 all week. Unfortunately, I had a set back on Monday when I injured my back while running. It hurts to even lay in bed, so I’ve slept on the floor these past three nights. Needless to say weight loss is no longer a priority right now. I went urgent care yesterday, and weighed in a 221. However, that’s fully clothed with shoes, wallet, keys, and phone at 3:30 in the afternoon. So, I call that a win. Still, it will be a while before I run again.
