My goal was to stay under 220 all week. Unfortunately, I had a set back on Monday when I injured my back while running. It hurts to even lay in bed, so I’ve slept on the floor these past three nights. Needless to say weight loss is no longer a priority right now. I went urgent care yesterday, and weighed in a 221. However, that’s fully clothed with shoes, wallet, keys, and phone at 3:30 in the afternoon. So, I call that a win. Still, it will be a while before I run again.

Wow, that is tough sleeping on the floor, does it help? I've always thought I was related to "The Princess and the Pea". My initial back problem I was born with, and now have bulging disks. So sorry you injured yours. You are doing great on your diet. Wanting to weigh a certain weight in a short time rarely works. It is discouraging how long it takes for the body to adjust to lower weights, and resolve can go up and down as you know. You are doing a very good thing, keep at it and your body will change and you will look back and be so pleased. We are with you!

I’m mostly recovered. I’ve got an MRI scheduled for today and a PT referral. I do have chiropractic coverage at a $15 copay. I think the cause was barefoot running. So, I’m rethinking my C25k.
