I'm not really sticking to the 17 day diet plan this week, mainly because my binge over the weekend made me lose track of what days are no starch and what days I can have some. So I'm just limiting my carbs, still not drinking anything but water and my 1-2 cups of coffee and not eating starches after 2pm. If this doesn't work I'll start over with the real diet on Monday.
