Well I cheated yesterday. I pigged out on peanuts and had a small dark chocolate bar. My carbs and cals are still o.k. but I am sure I will be hungry today. O well, could of been way worse....

Well the chocolate and the peanuts could be the cause of your increased hunger. If possible, try to keep some SF candies/chocolates for cases like this. Hershey's makes SF special dark chocolate miniatures. Not sure of the exact net carbs right now but they might help. Just be careful because they contain sugar alcohols and can cause a laxative effect.
