It's great that you are adjusting your diet based on it's affect on you, BUT be cautious of relying too heavily on weight loss or gain on a day to day basis. There are a lot of factors associated with normal fluctuations in weight daily. Time of day, type of clothes, amount of food and or beverages you've had prior to weighing in, time of month, etc. Just be aware that it's not always that you've done something wrong the day before. There is really not anything wrong with weighing in each day, but pick a weekly way in day and measure yourself more against that than the day to day weight when you are looking at actual weight loss. Also remember if you've added any exercise to the bargain recently that in the beginning you may actually gain weight as you trade a bit of fat for muscle. In the long run though, that muscle might weigh more, but it burns of fat and calories faster as you progress. Don't get discoraged!!!
