Day 2 of detox and so far so good! I did great with eating yesterday, didn't make it to the gym, but did play a hellashious volleyball game last night that was a great work out! I will be heading to the gym today at lunch for some cardio and crunches. Eating is going great, never really a hard time with that. But tonight we are going to my hubby's cousins house to visit with family that is in town so that will be challenging...we will see, my mother-in-law is bringing a salad so I am going to try to stick to that if at all possible!!! I will just eat extra good all day long just in case and get in some good cardio!
Breakfast ~ Grapefruit snack ~ smoothie Lunch ~ 1 cup brown rice and sauteed veggies snack ~ grapes Dinner ~ salad hopefully!!!!
