Starting this week I am trying something new that someone on here pointed out to me. I hope it works, we'll see what happens. I took my total weekly points and made it so that a few days a week I eat more points than other days but the whole total comes to my total weekly points. It's supposed to fool the body into giving up the fat. I hope it works cuz I'm tired of the roller coater ride. Wish me luck.

This is what I've had to do too recently, as my body seems to have become far too efficient at having the same amount of points daily! If you've added exercise, you may find you also need to eat a little more on those days too. Alas, I'm still trying to play around with the points saga's myself -- but I wish you every success, as I know it's frustrating when you're trying so hard, but the scales aren't moving much. Just remember though that will exercise you will be building muscle, which in the long run will burn you more calories. Keep drinking lots too, as that will help prevent muscles retaining water after exercise.

MoonLite Yeah, I exercise more on the days that I eat more. You said to keep drinking lots too. Drinking what? beer? lol just kidding, I know you mean water. It just struck me as funny to read keep drinking alot lol.
