This is what I've had to do too recently, as my body seems to have become far too efficient at having the same amount of points daily! If you've added exercise, you may find you also need to eat a little more on those days too. Alas, I'm still trying to play around with the points saga's myself -- but I wish you every success, as I know it's frustrating when you're trying so hard, but the scales aren't moving much. Just remember though that will exercise you will be building muscle, which in the long run will burn you more calories. Keep drinking lots too, as that will help prevent muscles retaining water after exercise.
