The scale is back up today but that might be due to TOM. I do feel somewhat bloated and icky today.
Husband came home from a business trip and lost 3 lbs. eating whatever he liked. Grr!
So between gaining weight and feeling icky, I just wanted to crawl back into bed and pretend it was already Saturday but I butt kicked myself into work anyways.
I had my weigh in this morning (switched to Thursdays, btw). I have lost 5.9 lbs. since last Wednesday according to their scale. Remember, a lot of that was water weight from the carb-tastic vacation weekend. Some of it is actual weight loss, though, so yay! I officially switch over to the herbal appetite suppressants this week. Going to give the phendametrazine a break for a bit and see how it goes.
So today I am thankful for getting up the motivation to go to work so I don't have to piss away all my vacation days. I am thankful for my husband being back home. I am thankful for all my FS friends who share their tips and offer encouragement and support.
