I know technically you're supposed to weigh less in the morning because you haven't eaten anything yet but I always weigh more in the mornings and I typically weigh the least around 4-7 pm. Is that weird?

yes I always weigh my least when I empty my bladder and get on the scale in the morning. I add water weight steadily all day long. are you drinking enough water??

I weigh in the morning before my coffee and always with the same amount of clothing. Sometimes you can weigh more in the morning if you had a late dinner that you took to bed with you or because of water retention if you had salty food. At least that's what happens with me.

I think you are right... there are times I’ve weighed less at noon. I think it’s based on how late you eat at night too.
