Went for labs today. I weighed on the way out and had dropped 3.5 pounds since I weighed myself there when I had the kids for there shots on the 7th. I really am losing weight. yay.🤣🤣🤣🤣

Shingy mostly just calorie deficit but I try to limit my carbs. I changed my bread to the 35 calorie bread or 45 calorie bread. Lots of veggies for filler. Also sugar free Jello cups are great to snack on .

Being obese is hard on me as I spend a big lot of my time in a wheelchair. I fall a lot so walking is hazardous to my health lol. I have bilateral foot drop. I've had 2 spinal surgeries in 3 years. It's not fun.
