day 5 down...i had a mushroom veggie burger for dinner...I hope that was ok. I had 4 sweet potato french fries baked and a huge salad then had a bunch of strawberries for dessert and guess what? I am still hungry. What do I do? Usually I eat either beans or brown rice as my main for dinner which fills me but I AM STILL HUNGRY. Oh and I am weighing myself in the am because I am dying to know if this is working. One day I think I feel different, the next day I don't. I had a bad day at school, maybe that is my problem- simply stress. oh sorry about that-tension breaker-had to be done. I am done whining now. Smash out!

If you're hungry, you should eat. Just eat something good for your body. If I let myself get too hungry, I lose my mind and tear open a bag of chips. Nothing wrong with eating when you need to! Hang in there - we're almost to phase two!!!

make sure you're drinking lots of water... sometimes your body is dehydrated, not hungry.
