I'm really frustrated cuz I'm back up to 300 lbs. I'm considering going back to the old Atkins and doing induction with total carbs not just net carbs. Maybe trying carb cycling. I don't know I've never had this hard of a time losing weight!

HI again...I have been having the same problems, so I am going back to total carbs. I, too, am on medicines that are making it difficult. Plus I am having foot issues that make it difficult for me to even walk. No harm in trying the total carbs for 2 weeks. That will mean cutting out Atkins bars and the foccaica and MIMS, though. Mainly just doing your protein and veggies!

Hey...=) I am trying the total carbs also now. I am on day two. To tell you the truth I am feeling more like I am back into induction. Not that I am feeling ill, but that towards the end I was finding myself really hungry and not as satisfied as the first week. Today I have that feeling of satisfication back. So it must mean something. Hopefully this works to get me losing!
