Baked Creamy Chicken and Broccoli
Tasty chicken bake that all the family will love.
材料
調理方法
- Preheat oven 400° F (200° C). Cook the broccoli (steam or boil).
- While cooking broccoli, melt butter in pan, add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add cubed chicken and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, cream, curry powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain broccoli and place it on the bottom of oven dish. Place the chicken on the top of the broccoli and cover completely with the sauce.
- Sprinkle some cayenne pepper (or paprika) on the top and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

Broccoli is always soggy - I prefer not to bake it in but pour the mixture on top of freshly made broccoli when it is time to serve. Other than that it is tasty. I would leave out the mayo next time and add Parmesan.

I made this last night for dinner. It was absolutely wonderful and my husband really loved it too. The only thing, it was more "chunky" than creamy and it was a bit watery. (if it had not been for that part, it would have gotten 5 stars) But the taste was fantastic!!

Absolutley one of my new favorites! I used heavy cream and topped with some cheese. I actually put my version of this recipe in on here and came out with about half the carbs as this recipe! I think the particular mayo you choose makes a big difference..

I tweaked this recipe a little bit by adding cauliflower and topping with cheese. I have to say I love the flavor! The curry is really good and the texture is wonderful. I cooked it covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 5 minutes. My whole family liked it :)

I loved this ---next time I'm gonna cut back on the liquids tho and drain the Broccoli properly x x

Very good. You might want to use canned grean beans if you don't like green beans too much.
