Day 3 I stuck to the diet yesterday despite my amazing husband (he is doing this with me) talking about how hungry he was. Last night I had a cabbage soup kinda like the one you find online except I use half a cup of low sodium chicken broth, a cup of water, and 2 cups of cabbage. I let the broth and water start to boil then add the cabbage and let it boil about 5 minutes. I eat that about 6 p.m. and I stayed up until 10 and I didn’t feel hungry so that’s a win. I also eat cantaloupe for breakfast and lunch yesterday. My calorie intake was low yesterday but I didn’t feel hungry. I also drank 170oz of water. My only issue has been a caffeine headache, but I have a drink mix that has caffeine in it so I think I’ll try it today and see if that helps. Hang in there my fellow dieters!
