I hate it when you feel so bloated. It makes you walk around feeling like a complete fatty. lol It's the worse! The only thing that will make me happy on those days is seeing the scale number go down! :-) Congrats on your 2 pound loss!! 

LOL oh I am a mess Ms. Shine. My race is in Nov. I am so far from being ready. I am having a tough time motivating myself. Tell me how did you do it? I need to get out of this;I don't like going to the gym alone. Tell me what motivates you?
